To be able to rent a living space within 2Peer, the following income guidelines apply:
1 person: 3.5 x the basic rent = gross monthly income
Example: With a monthly basic rental price of the living space € 800, the minimum gross monthly income must be € 2,800 (3.5 x € 800 = € 2,800).
This income standard also applies to self-employed persons. If you are self-employed, a deposit of up to 3 months the gross rental price must be provided before the key transfer takes place.
Freely available assets in a Dutch bank account can be used if the stipulated income guidelines are not immediately met. We charge 10% of the demonstrable and current available capital on top of your income. Exceptions to this are possible, this is at all times at the discretion of the rental team of 2Peer.
When in doubt whether you meet the above conditions, your individual situation will be examined, and additional conditions may be set. You must then take into account, for example, a deposit of a maximum of 3 months of the gross rental price of the living space.
